Terms and Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing animals from 635 Exotics, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
2. ANIMAL SALES & OWNERSHIP
- All animals sold are live exotic animals intended for ranching, hunting preserves, or private ownership
- Buyer assumes full responsibility for animals upon delivery/pickup
- Animals are sold as-is with no guarantees regarding breeding capability, temperament, or longevity
- Buyer must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding exotic animal ownership
3. HEALTH & VETERINARY
- Animals are sold in good health to the best of our knowledge at time of sale
- Buyer is responsible for veterinary care post-purchase
- No warranties regarding future health conditions or genetic issues
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- 15% deposit required to hold any and all exotic animals
- Deposit includes delivery fee (if applicable) and is completely non-refundable
- Remaining balance due in full before animal delivery/pickup
- No refunds on live animal sales
5. DELIVERY & PICKUP
- Delivery arrangements must be coordinated in advance
- No refunds on delivery fees once delivery is scheduled
- Buyer responsible for proper transportation containers/trailers
- Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery/pickup
DELIVERY LIABILITY RELEASE
When 635 Exotics delivers animals to buyer's property or any third-party location, buyer releases 635 Exotics from all liability for any injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur during the delivery process on said property. Buyer acknowledges that exotic animals are wild, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous.
PICKUP LIABILITY RELEASE
When buyer picks up animals from 635 Exotics property, buyer releases 635 Exotics from all liability for any injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur to buyer or any persons accompanying buyer during the pickup process. This includes but is not limited to family members, employees, or hired help assisting with loading and transport. Buyer acknowledges that these are wild, unpredictable animals capable of causing serious injury or death, and assumes all risks associated with handling, loading, and transporting said animals.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
- 635 Exotics not liable for injuries caused by animals post-sale
- Buyer assumes all risks associated with exotic animal ownership
- Maximum Financial Responsibility: In the event that 635 Exotics is found legally liable for any damages, losses, or claims related to the sale or handling of animals, our total financial responsibility shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the buyer for the specific animal(s) in question. This limitation applies to all types of damages including but not limited to property damage, medical expenses, or other consequential losses.
7. PERMITS & REGULATIONS
- Buyer responsible for obtaining all required permits and licenses
- Buyer must comply with all applicable laws regarding exotic animal ownership
- 635 Exotics not responsible for buyer's regulatory compliance
